Disclaimer: This review is based on four separate visits, during which I tested multiple massage packages to thoroughly evaluate their different techniques and signature strokes.

(1) Stunning Aesthetic: Hands down one of the most visually impressive spas I have ever visited. The overall vibe and interior design are top-tier.

(2) The Mirror Capital: Mirrors are integrated beautifully throughout the entire establishment, creating a unique and spacious look.

(3) Impeccable Cleanliness: The entire facility is consistently spotless, hygienic, and well-maintained.

💡 Room for Improvement

(1) Restroom Amenities: Adding a liquid soap dispenser in the CR would greatly improve convenience.

(2) Wet Floor Upgrades: The pool and jacuzzi need to be fully operational, with a warmer pool temperature for maximum relaxation.

(3) Steam Room Layout: I would have wanted a better layout for the steam to make it more homey, and it would make sense as to its purpose.

This branch perfectly captures 27Shaw's signature elegance, delivering the exact high-quality strokes and premium service they are known for. Its upscale aesthetic honestly makes other spas feel instantly outdated. It is a classy, elegant, and deeply relaxing escape in the middle of Makati. Definitely a must experience for everyone.
